| Content Description | It's the tradition of the flag raising ceremony every year on independence day at Toronto City Hall Square to have the youngest person present do the honours by raising the flag as others sing the Estonian national anthem. And as always the 24th of February happens to have the worst weather, as if Estonians need to have their toughness tested. So it was that Lief Kolga held the cold, driving rain in distain as he raised the Estonian tri-colours. |
