| Sisuline kirjeldus | Thirteen members of Washington D.C.'s Estonian dance group, Pillerkaar, traveled to Norfolk, Virginia on April 27 and 28 to take part in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's Norfolk NATO Festival. Pillerkaar was lead by Anu Oinas and her daughter Laila Oinas. Other dancers included Priit Vesilind, Age Landra-Robinson, Andrus and Kelsey Kiik, Eerik and Tiina Kreek, Kelli Sekk-Hodson, Jeff Zelek, and Jyri-Erik Kork. The day was highlighted by the impromptu performance by children of the performers, four year old Miia and five year old Hagan who frolicked with small Estonian flags in front of a lively audience in full Estonian national dress. |
