We also invite the public to help us enhance our existing descriptions. Our primary tool for describing photographies and making them accessible to the public, is our photo database <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ra.ee\/fotis\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>FOTIS<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The photographs on Flickr Commons are published under the license &#8220;no known copyright restrictions&#8221;. We implement this license in accordance to the Estonian Copyright Act \u00a7 20 (3), which allows memory institutions to make their holdings public for the promotion of their collections.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The images are intended to be used for personal, educational and research purposes. We ask You to make a source reference to our collections when republishing the images. Please contact us for commercial use and high quality digital copies.
