Changes in the opening times of the reading rooms

Dear guests,

The National Archives has decided to limit the opening times of the archives’ buildings for to reduce energy consumption. Therefore, starting from November our reading rooms in Tartu and Tallinn will remain close on Saturdays, as well as reading rooms in Rakvere and Valga will be closed on Fridays.

All our reading rooms are still open as follows: Tartu (Nooruse 3) and Tallinn (Madara 24) from Monday to Friday at 9–19, Rakvere (Näituse 23) from Monday to Thursday at 9–16, Valga (Vabaduse 6) from Monday to Thursday at 9–12 and 14–16, and the Film Archives (Ristiku 84, Tallinn) from Monday to Thursday at 9–17 and on Fridays at 9–16.
